GRANT APPLICATION PROCESS OVERVIEW
GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION
• Shall promote the overall mission of the Fairbanks Local School District and the Fairbanks Education Foundation's overall purpose.
• Shall reflect Ohio Education Standards.
• Shall meet the building principal’s approval.
• Shall reflect Ohio Education Standards
*All non-consumables become the property of the teacher and Fairbanks Local Schools.
THE PROPOSED ACTIVITY:
1. Complete an application and submit to FEF. FEF will obtain approval from the principal.
TIMELINE FOR SUBMISSION:
2. Applications will be reviewed by the Fairbanks Education Foundation Board of Trustees and funded based on benefit to students. Notice of approval and the amount to be funded will be communicated to the recipient by email within 2-4 weeks of receipt.
*Please note: Amount of funds dispersed and number of projects funded will vary based on available funds and number of applications.
3. Check will be issued to the grant recipient.
*Any unused funds should be donated directly back to FEF.
4. Follow Up: Within 3 weeks of completion of the project, grant recipient must submit a follow-up report with pictures, submit receipts, and return unused funds to FEF.
